Bookings & confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a slot until our team confirms it by email. Confirmed appointments reserve your chosen date and time.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate changes.

Please ensure our team can safely access your property at the scheduled time and let us know of any special instructions in advance.

Quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition or size of the space differs significantly.

If you are not satisfied with any area of your clean, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right.

We take great care in your space. Please report any concerns within a reasonable time so we can address them fairly.
